So we have the coolest Enrichment... I mean "Relief Society Meetings" committee ever and they organized the best camp out EVER! On June 18-19th we went out to Paso Picacho camp ground and pitched our tents and had a simply wonderful 48 hours together!!

Straddling the log... totally darling and brilliant if I do say so myself! (yeah, my idea.) We are the cutest!
Just a little bit of silliness cause let's be honest we are crazy and great!
Friday night we had roasted hot dogs and enjoyed every one's company! Then we had an Amazing fireside by our Stake RS President, Sister Heap accompanied by her husband. They were so wonderful!
Sister Heap is inspired and gave wonderful insights. She spoke on 3 main points we as LDS Women can/should do:
1. We are to lead women of the world and not be led by the world.
2. Have a Spine! A spiritual spine and stand up for what is truth even when it's hard... Stay ACTIVE!
3. Care more about what the Lord thinks than anyone else.
It was a fabulous fireside, that oped up to question and answer at the end which was wonderful! What great leaders we have in both our ward and stake!!
After the fireside we enjoyed 3 of the most heavenly dutch oven desserts!! Pineapple upside down cake, Apple spice, and then Cherry chocolate... what? AMAZING! Delicious would be an understatement, even the fact that your taste buds did a little dance with every bite just doesn't seem to do them justice.. So great! Thanks to Emerald for her dutch over expertise and making all of our tummies full of this delicious goodness!
After a little girl talk around the fire and community teeth brushing time we all hit the sack for some shut eye. Some in tents, some slept out under the stars, and then others slept on a King size blow up matrice!! :) Amber and Crystal totally know how to camp out in style! Love it!
Saturday morning we had breakfast and more camp fire time which is always wonderful!
HIKING time!
We had 2 groups. One did a little nature trail around the campsite and the other went across the way to Stonewall Peak a little bit longer hike up to a little peak lookout. Both equally beautiful!

All in all it was one Smash Hit camp out! Spiritually highs and lots of laughs and lots of Sisters in the gospel caring and bonding together! Can't beat that! We have the best RS EVER!
